She oversees the technology business, digital infrastructure and innovations for an industry super fund focused on the financial wellbeing and retirement outcomes of our frontline workers.

Sheena has a real passion for solving problems that improve the lives of people by challenging the status quo, innovation and embracing the art of the hustle to harness what's possible.

Katrina Waghorne, General Manager – Digital at HESTA

Katrina is the General Manager of Digital at HESTA. She prides herself on having a positive attitude, balanced with a well-honed reality check reflex and an "always-on" learning capability. She is not afraid of challenging conversations and believes that every conversation should be an opportunity to laugh out loud.
