STEM Starters at Columbia University hosts free science workshops for local kids and their families in West Harlem.

Join us to explore evolution on Earth including the Galapagos finches that first inspired Darwin, volcanoes and canyons, slang and cities, and more!

Content is geared toward a middle-school level science background, but all ages are welcome!

Registration is free. Parents/Guardians are required to stay for the event. Please only register for 1 ticket per child, parents/guardians do not need a ticket. Attendees will rotate at their own paces between activity stations and talk with graduate student scientists as they learn.

See you there!

Candid photos of the activity stations will be taken during the event, and by registering you consent to us potentially using photos of you on our webpage and promotional posts.
