STEM Youth Innovation Program - Prehistoric Zoo Designer - Age 8 to 10 years
Event description
In this immersive STEM workshop participants will practice design thinking, and use 3D design and coding skills.
The participants will use their new skills to create their own zoo environment and view their world through Virtual Reality headsets at the end of class.
The participants will use their new skills to create their own prehistoric dinosaur and any other creature they can imagine.
All programs are developed by teachers and are aligned with the Achievement Standards of the Australian Curriculum for Digital Technologies and Design and Technology.
At Split Spaces, this content is delivered by volunteer Industry Experts, passionate educators and volunteers to form links between our schools, local industry and University.
