Come and join 5-star trained and experienced hospitality personality Rebecca Brennan from the Sugar Florist as she takes you through the fundamentals of working in a restaurant or cafe setting. 

You'll be introduced to the world of hospitality including;

- Understanding What Your Employer Expects of You

- Understanding Your role in the business and the impact you have

- How to Ask for Help from A Trainer

- Understanding the importance of high standards in the workplace (Including personal presentation)

- Learning and practicing various meet and greet styles depending on the type of business

- Interacting with Guests (Fundamentals)

- Understanding the Menu and Importance of product knowledge

- How to Upsell

- How to communicate with customers when things are not going well

This three hour after-school interactive course will include light refreshments and is conveniently located in the centre of the City to accommodate those still in education who are in or are wanting to work in hospitality.
