Our retreat is situated in the beautiful beachside town of Aramoana, a
short 30 minute drive north of Dunedin. You will experience:

~ A welcome dinner with the group at Carey's Bay Hotel on Friday night

~ All nutritious plant based meals

~ 30 minute massage with Sinead

~ Making session to create a journal to use throughout retreat

~ Beach Yin yoga lead by Mel

~ Walk up Heyward Point track

~ Meditation circle

~ Time to self (everything is optional!)

~ Radiant Kundalini Yoga with Mel

~ Life coaching practices and wisdom inter-weaved throughout from the radiant Vicky of Awaken!

We are pleased to offer two types of attendance:

~ Retreat + shared accommodation in the Beach House $550pp
~ Retreat only (teachings + meals) $295pp

This retreat is suitable for everyone - no yoga experience is necessary.

~ Tickets are non refundable.
~ However in the event you really must to cancel, we will endeavour to find another to fill you place. Only then can then offer a full refund (minus the booking fee).
~ If cancelled due to COVID the retreat will be rescheduled to another weekend later in the year.
