STEP INTO YOUR POWER - BREATHWORK AND MINDSET JOURNEY!

Please join us for an exciting new Chief Meta Chicks event, where we help you Step into your Power with a breathwork and mindset journey designed to help you focus, overcome self-limiting beliefs, and soar to new heights in your business.

This transformational mindset and breathwork journey combined will help you to identify where you may be in the "comfort zone" and how we can embody aligned action towards claiming and stepping into our desired outcomes.

This event will be facilitated by Chief Meta Chicks Leader and Breathwork Facilitator Clare Martin.

The session will include:

• Breathwork foundations, and how breathwork can assist you on a holistic level in business
• Different stress responses and how these show up in your life and entrepreneurship
• How we can move from LIMITATION to LIBERATION
• Intentions and journaling prior to the Breathwork session to create the right SET and SETTING for the journey
• Teaching a Daily Breathwork Practice that you can adopt at home
• 45 min Breathwork Journey

Following the session please join us for morning tea and networking with the Chief Meta Chicks members and Leaders.

Please bring your own yoga mat, and drink bottle along. You will be provided with a Chief Meta Chicks Journal to capture your thoughts and experiences.

Please note that there are some contra-indications to Breathwork. After registration you will be emailed a Breathwork Enquiry Form which will need to be completed prior to the journey by each participant. You will also receive additional instructions prior to the event.
