This Lunch and Learn will be hosted in the Stuart Room at Equity Trustees in Sydney and will include the opportunity for networking and light refreshments.
Topic: Testamentary Trusts – Tax Tips and Traps
Testamentary trusts are useful tools that allow for the protection of assets as well as control and flexibility over distributions after death.
Testamentary trusts also provide valuable tax advantages on the receipt and distribution of trust income and assets. However, trustees must also be aware of the tax pitfalls that hide in testamentary trusts.
