STEP NSW Branch invites you to a seminar with The Honourable Justice Michael Meek, Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Topic: Family Provision 

This topic will cover:
- forensic decision making and cross-examination in the context of family provision hearings - Tarbes v Taleb [2023] NSWSC 565 and Clayton v Clayton [2023] NSWSC 399
- contingencies — the nature of orders for provision and contingencies - Papantoniou v Foundouradakis [2023] NSWSC 1374
- the threshold enlivening an order for interim provision to be made and difficulties in assessment - Byrd v Margiotta [2023] NSWSC 1556
