ABOUT THE PRESENTER | Adrian Grech

Adrian Grech has a unique career background. He began life as a medical research scientist, completing a PhD in immunology. He then moved into Financial Services, spending 7 years at Macquarie Bank working as an operations Manager. He again shifted gears and moved into digital marketing, working for a top-tier marketing agency. Adrian became the agency's Head of Client Success, managing the agency's biggest clients. It was in this role that he recognised the importance of client relationships to professional services businesses, and has since formed his own consultancy focused exclusively on client relationship management. He has spoken at various law societies and barristers' chambers, and is now a sought-after speaker and trainer for professional service providers across a range of industries.
