2 Day Pastel Workshop for intermediate to experienced pastelists

If you have worked with pastels and enjoy the challenge of producing loose, bold and free pastels, this workshop is for you. Learn how to create depth and capture the light as you explore the medium of soft pastels to create landscapes with depth. Stephie will teach you how to explore your subject and interpret the image to produce a vibrant pastel landscape treasure.

Course outline

This workshop will suit students who have been exposed to the medium of pastels and want to extend their knowledge to the next level. It is a fun and interactive workshop where Stephie demonstrates her "no rules" based techniques and then provides one on one tuition to participants as they produce their very own landscape treasure.

Stephie Clark is a soft pastel obsessed artist from Australia working mostly in her country studio at home in Armidale. She divides her time between painting in her studio and teaching workshops both here in Australia and overseas in France. Stephie is best known for her free and flowing florals and fruits her style uninhibited by rules and boundaries. She is inspired by the nature and colours it produces.
