Bhavna is the Founder and Managing Director of Stepping Into You, an organisation empowering and supporting women to fall in love with themselves by ditching anxiety, worry, self-doubt, negative self-talk, and aligning body, mind and spirit with their dreams and true self!

With over 20 years international experience in people development she know a thing or two about personal and professional growth. Not to mention a deep appreciation that we are not separate bits of ourselves - work, family, social, health, exercise, travel, love, spirituality...it's all us! It's everything that contribute to our whole self.

Bhavna has always asked "why?" and challenged the way things are done, it's her curiosity that has been key to her growth and success.

Taking pride in being the black sheep of the family, she fully embraces her weird, and has completed formal and informal training in a vast array of areas, including: BA Business & Marketing, MA Human Resource Development, Cert in Business Coaching, NLP Practitioner, Hypnotherapy, Psychology, PSYCH-K®, Reiki, Anger Management, Indian healing practices and massage. With her commitment to personal-growth, her learning is always expanding, currently in the space Neuroscience, Quantum Science, Thai Yoga Massage, and Ayurvedic Medicine.

At her core she loves what she does, it’s not work, it’s her passion. It's who she is :)
