Stepping into your Strengths, Self Esteem and Self Confidence Workshop: For young people aged 14-18

This interactive workshop will help you recognise your strengths, manage self‑doubt, and feel more confident about what comes next. As you take your next steps into a first job, apprenticeship, HSC or Uni, you will feel supported to face change and uncertainty with confidence.

The workshop will be facilitated by headspace and each participant will receive a free Boost Juice and $10 HomeCo gift card.

This event is completely free and delivered in partnership by Sutherland Shire Council and HomeCo. Menai Marketplace
