Reset and inspire for the week with an evening of yoga philosophy, journaling and meditation.

In this Sunday's dharma talk, learn about sthira - the deep-rooted steadiness true happiness is quietly built on. Like a tree with firm roots or a house built on stone, we'll gently uncover the foundations for a life of purpose, fulfilment and love - one that can stay steady through life's storms. Through ancient eastern philosophy, reflective journaling and meditation, we'll learn to cultivate deep inner stability.

What to expect:

A dharma talk on inner steadiness (Sthira)
Quiet, guided journaling to reflect and integrate
A grounding meditation or energy healing to close

Bring: a journal, a pen, and a curious mind.
