In this 3 hour workshop we will look at using a single stick using the 3 lenses of Form, Focus and Function.

Doug Tucker is the founder of Nasubukang Arnis and in this workshop you will not only get great stick skills but also get an insight into his martial journey of 30 plus years.

* How to use a stick for combat, or just for fun : )

* Understand the purpose of stick drills and when to let them go

* To build effectiveness while honing it further with efficiency

It doesn't matter if you have no experience with stick fighting or if you have decades of experience you will learn many valuable things while also enjoying a different type of workshop.
