Stick With It: A Vinyl Sticker Workshop for ages 13 to 17
Description
What would you put on a sticker if it had to say something about you?
Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop where you'll design and create your own vinyl stickers using a professional cutting machine.
Whether you're into bold statements, inside jokes, tiny portraits or abstract shapes, this is your chance to turn your ideas into something you can actually stick on your laptop, journal, water bottle, skateboard or wherever feels right.
We'll guide you through the design process from concept to cut, and you'll walk away with a set of custom stickers that are entirely, unapologetically you.
No experience needed, just a willingness to get creative and have a good time.
If you prefer to work digitally, please bring a laptop or iPad. Paper and pens will be provided.
About the facilitators:
Sohayla Sumner brings both a writer's eye and a deep curiosity about people and culture to everything she does. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Creative Writing and Anthropology & Sociology. When she is not studying or writing, you'll find her deep in a romance novel, lost in a family story, or listening to - well, pretty much anything.
Alastair Ferguson is a recent Cert III Library and Information Services graduate who is often lost in a Minecraft world or a good book. Their all-time favourites include Trent Dalton's Boy Swallows Universe and John Green's Turtles All the Way Down.
