Overview

A guided breathwork and awareness experience combining different breathing patterns, sensory elements and facilitator-led guidance to support nervous system regulation, presence and embodied awareness.

Calm in the body. Clear in the mind. Awake within.

Join us for STILL & AWAKE - a Coherence & Awareness Breathwork Journey

STILL & AWAKE is a 60-minute guided experience where we move through a sequence of different breathing patterns, each with a different purpose and quality.

Rather than staying with one technique, the session shifts through different rhythms of breath — including grounding practices, coherence breathing, pauses, breath holds, humming, natural breathing and moments of stillness.

Throughout the journey, you’ll be guided and supported by the facilitators, with music, live handpan, sound, silence and body awareness adding different sensory layers to the experience.

As the breath changes, you may notice shifts in sensation, energy, emotion, clarity or simply a deeper awareness of your body.

There is nothing you need to achieve. The invitation is to stay curious, notice what arises and experience how different ways of breathing can influence your state.

The journey gradually moves towards stillness and open awareness, creating space for the body to settle and integrate.

No previous breathwork or meditation experience is necessary.

Every experience is different. You may leave feeling calmer, clearer, more present or simply more connected to yourself.

Meet your facilitators

We are Alfi & Coni, the facilitators behind Keep Breathing.

Keep Breathing was born from our own curiosity and personal experience with the breath - and from discovering how something so simple and always available to us can become such a powerful tool for awareness and connection.

Our approach brings together breathwork, body awareness, nervous system regulation and integration, creating grounded spaces where people can explore their inner experience with curiosity rather than expectation.

Our intention is simple: to create a space where you can breathe, feel and reconnect.

Session Flow

• Arrival & Grounding | Settle into the space, arrive in the body and connect with your natural breath

• Breathwork Session | Move through a guided sequence of different breathing patterns, rhythms and awareness practices, supported by the facilitators, music and sensory elements

• Integration & Closing | Allow the breath to return to its natural rhythm, rest in stillness and give the body time to integrate the experience before gently transitioning back
