Join Soul Shine Creatives for Stillness & Expression, a FREE half-day youth retreat that brings together yoga, mindfulness, and creative art-making to help young people reconnect with themselves, manage stress, and build tools for emotional wellbeing. This workshop is suitable for young people aged 12-17.

Designed as a calm, welcoming experience during the school holidays, the retreat blends guided yoga, creative expression, and fun group connection in a supportive environment. Participants will learn to create beautiful mandalas on canvas with Posca pens and leave feeling relaxed, uplifted, and inspired.

Time: 9am-1pm

Location: Mundaring Adult Learning and Creative Centre - 3 Craigie Place, Mundaring WA

* Wear comfortable clothes to move and create

* Bring your favourite yoga mat (optional, we have plenty of spares)

Morning tea provided!
