Event description
Stillness Before the Bloom
An Inner Ceremony of Cacao, Yin & Sound Healing
As the final whispers of winter linger and the promise of spring begins to stir, we invite you to gather in sacred sisterhood—a gentle circle of women, held in warmth, trust, and soft awakening.
This evening is a space to return to your heart.
To listen inward. To rest before you rise.
We’ll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant medicine known for opening the heart in a gentle, loving way. With its support, we’ll drop into presence and connection—with ourselves, with one another, and with what’s ready to awaken within.
Guided Yin Yoga will follow—slow, grounding, and nourishing. This practice softens the body and prepares the nervous system to receive sound healing fully.
We will then journey into a sound bath, where crystal singing bowls will bathe you in sacred vibrations. Their frequencies work deeply on the subtle body, offering emotional release, energetic recalibration, and deep peace.
There is a quiet and mysterious power that arises when women come together with intention.
The energy of a women’s circle holds and supports even the most inward journeys—with softness, depth, and strength.
In this sacred space, you don’t have to “do” anything—just arrive, and be held.
After the sound bath, we’ll move into a gentle closing space with time for journaling, quiet reflection, and optional sharing for those who feel called.
You are welcome to express, or simply rest in the collective presence of others.
