Slow down and find the stillness within.
You are warmly welcome to join us at The Hollow Store in Port Macquarie to enjoy a cosy, relaxing evening of tea, meditation & breathwork.
During turbulent times, when there is much fear & uncertainty present in the world, it is more important than ever to find ways to soothe the nervous system and take care of your personal energy.
This means returning to the body and the breath, our vital essence. Practising gentle, nourishing meditative techniques to help you soften, slow down and create a feeling of inner calm.
The intention
Explore ways to balance your energy and return your body + mind to a state of stillness
Who is it for?
Beginner or early stage meditators, although all levels are welcome and will benefit from this practise. Includes an introduction to yogic breath and ways to move breath through the body using pranayama techniques, along with guided meditation. If you feel stressed or burnt out and are looking for ways to stay centred, then this is for you.
Our gathering is open to all races, genders and orientations and will be a welcoming space for all.
What will we do?
- Clear auric field through the use of vibrational oils
- Light movement to gently awaken energy
- Exploration of pranayama techniques and yogic breath
- Guided meditation
- Silent tea: learn to use tea as ritual and enjoy some beautiful, healing Habitual teas
- Oracle Cards - you will have the choice to pick a card and receive a message
- Seating is limited, previous events have sold out so you may want to get in quick! -

Who is hosting?
Beth James is a Meditation & Yoga Nidra teacher, writer and founder of the HumanFirst Initiative. She has been working with the breath, ritual, tea, yoga and meditative practises for over a decade and has hosted several events in Germany and Australia. During 2020, she was inspired to support others to cope with tough times through grounding practises and meditation.
