In this workshop we will explore the impact of stillness on our bodies and emotions.

Each moment will be an opportunity to sink deeper into stillness, starting with a Guided Introduction.

Share in the Divine Tea Ceremony and notice changes within the body.

Engage in simple Breath & Relaxation exercises which can be introduced as a practice in everyday life.

Experience the Sound Healing & Meditation ceremony which will rebalance the body, mind and spirit.

Bring your own yoga mat, blanket and pillow.
