I share Meditation and Mindfulness practices grounded in the wisdom and philosophy of yoga, offering pathways for people to slow down, reconnect and find steadiness within themselves. My approach blends ancient teachings with modern science to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance and a deeper sense of presence in everyday life.

My sessions create nurturing, accessible spaces that meet people exactly where they are. They may include mindful movement, pranayama (yogic breathing), meditative practices and sound‑based relaxation.

In professional settings, I facilitate team‑building and workplace wellbeing experiences that bring mindful, evidence‑based tools into organisations. These sessions strengthen connection, resilience and healthier workplace culture.

With more than 25 years of experience in management, leadership and program delivery across community‑based organisations, I understand the real‑world pressures faced by both employees and workplaces. This allows me to work confidently and compassionately with people from all walks of life.
