Event description

Step into a whisky lover’s paradise at the Stills In The Hills Festival-an unmissable one-day celebration of South Australian spirits, happening on the King’s Birthday, Sunday June 8th. Raise a glass and revel in regal style as you discover the finest local whiskies, rums, and brandies, all crafted by 18 of South Australia’s most passionate producers.

Prepare your palate for an epic journey: with at least 54 unique drams to taste between 1pm and 4pm, you’ll sample rare and exceptional pours, each served with a side of lively banter from the makers themselves. Need a break from the whisky? The fully stocked bar has you covered with refreshing beers for a perfect palate cleanse.

Indulge in a lavish grazing table curated by Tin Shed Distilling Co-designed to keep you fueled and ready for more tasting adventures. Your ticket includes unlimited access to all tastings, a branded festival glass upon arrival, and the chance to win an exclusive set of festival bottlings valued at around $3,000-one lucky attendee will take home this ultimate whisky collection when the winner is announced at 4:30pm.

Extend the celebration with a free-to-attend panel discussion at 5pm, followed by live music from 6pm as the distillery doors swing open for an evening of good times and great company. Convenient transfers to and from Adelaide CBD and Mount Barker mean you can relax and savour every moment.
