This weekend workshop is designed for people affected by chronic illness who wish to improve or maintain their health. Chronic illnesses include cancer, heart disease, fibromyalgia, arthritis etc and workshop content is also suitable for people suffering from depression and/or anxiety. With an emphasis on creating a healthy balanced fulfilling lifestyle, I'll be leading sessions covering Meditation, Positive Mind Empowerment, Healthy emotions, Anti-inflammatory diet, Sleep improvement, Exercise, Connection and relationships, Spirituality and living a meaningful life - and Humour!

The weekend cost includes all handouts and lunches, morning and afternoon teas catered for by the FABULOUS Green Bowl, Mt Martha - lucky us! Limited places available with some spaces for support people - Enquiries welcome,

Liz Stilwell has over 30 years experience in the health field - an Occupational Therapist in Psychiatry in NZ, Clinical Hypnotherapist offering Hypnosis and NLP change processes in private practice, and previously senior group facilitator leading 12 week cancer programmes and residential cancer retreats for The Gawler Cancer Foundation. Based in Mornington in private practice. she utilises hypnosis and NLP change techniques within counselling appointments, she works as a spiritual carer and facilitates 5 day residential 'Cancer, Balance & Wellbeing' retreats at the Yarra Valley Living Centre, Yarra Junction. She co-facilitates Supportive Cancer Care workshops with 'Manawhakaora' in Auckland NZ and Radical Remission cancer workshops in Victoria and Albury. As a Meditation Teacher she leads online Meditation Groups and weekly Qi gong & Meditation Groups at Mt Martha Community House.
