Something has been stolen from us.

Not your wallet. Not your time (well, that too). Something deeper.

Our attention, the very thing that allows you to connect with people we love, to think clearly, to feel inspired, to dream, is being extracted from us at industrial scale. The authors of the new book "Attensity" call it "human fracking": the same way corporations pump chemicals into the earth to force oil to the surface, our devices relentlessly pump algorithmic content through our eyes and into our brains, breaking our deep reserves of attention into smaller and smaller fragments that are easier to sell to advertisers.

Our attention → their profit. But also a much bigger human loss.

In this session, we'll explore not only the problem and it's impact, but also how we can turn things around.

What You'll Experience in This Workshop:

The wake-up: A clear-eyed look at what the attention economy is actually doing to our minds, our relationships, and our ability to collaborate and create
The reframe: Why reclaiming your attention isn't about productivity hacks or "focus tips", It's about reconnecting with the most fundamental part of your humanity
The practice: A live, guided experience of what liberated attention actually feels like (you'll be surprised how powerful 4 minutes can be)
The connection: Small group breakout conversations where you'll practice real presence with other humans
The path forward: Simple, actionable practices you can start using immediately to create "attention sanctuaries" in your daily life

What You Might Feel After This Event:

Validated: The struggle with your attention isn't a personal failing, it's a systemic issue, and you're not alone
Awake: You'll see the attention economy differently, and that awareness itself is a form of liberation
Connected: You'll have shared a rare experience of real, unmediated human presence with others
Empowered: You'll leave with practices you can use immediately, actual tools for reclaiming your inner life
Inspired: A sense that something bigger is possible when we come together and choose where to place our attention

Who Is This For:

Anyone who feels like their attention has been fragmented and wants it back
People who sense that something is deeply wrong with our relationship to technology but aren't sure what to do about it
Leaders who want to create spaces of real presence and focus for their teams
Anyone interested in connection, conscious living, or building a better world
People who are tired of being told to "just put your phone down" this goes much deeper
