On Saturday 14 November, we're taking over Islington Street and decking out our Collingwood Beer Hall for one BIG OL' BDAY BASH, Stompo Street Fest, Presented by Triple R.
Live music, live art, DJs, drag, food trucks, FREE flash tattoos, roaming entertainment, street side tinny bars, a gin tent by Melbourne Gin Co., an oyster station, fire, lights, music, madness and oh so much more.

👉 Collingwood Beer Hall open til 1am
👉 $39 tickets, with free entry for under 12s.
👉 Families welcome - we'll have a kids zone in the Beer Hall to keep them busy.

JNETT
DJ JNETT is a cornerstone of Australia's electronic music scene, with a career spanning three decades from ABC TV's Recovery to co-owning iconic record store Hear Now. She's shared stages with the likes of Theo Parrish, Floating Points and Dom Dolla, and played everywhere from the Sydney Opera House to Meredith Festival. Expect an epic set spanning house, techno, funk and disco from one of the scene's most respected tastemakers.
Steady Weather
Steady Weather is a Naarm/Melbourne-based disco-house-jazz project led by jazz violist Tamil Rogeon, also known for recent releases Wave Theory and Son Of Nyx. Featuring collaborators Ben Grayson, Rita Satch, and Graeme Pogson (The Bamboos), the project blends loft-party atmospheres with jazz and a modern live electronic approach, built for improvisational flair. Expect a packed-out dance vibe as they bring their acclaimed live show to Stompo Street Fest.
Owelu Dreamhouse
Owelu Dreamhouse (pronounced Oh-WAY-lew) is a vibrant journey through cinematic soul, psychedelia, and Afrobeat, led by seasoned collaborators Nkechi Anele (Saskwatch, ex-Olympian) and Nic Ryan-Glenie (Saskwatch, Vance Joy). The band's name pays tribute to Anele's grandmother's village in Nigeria, weaving intergenerational cultural ties through the music. Expect lush, groove-heavy soundscapes in the vein of Cleo Sol and Fela Kuti.
Supa Kameleon
Supa Kameleon is a four-piece live electronic outfit blurring broken beat, house and jazz-inflected club music, built on live drums, analogue synths and layered percussion. Moving beyond the traditional DJ format, they deliver a kinetic, improvisation-driven live show channeling the spirit of Floating Points and Harvey Sutherland. With their debut 12" landing mid-2026, expect a dynamic, ever-evolving set that pushes dance music into new territory.
Cool Sounds
Cool Sounds is the project of Naarm/Melbourne pop polymath Dainis Lacey, backed by a live band that often sees six or more musicians crowded onstage. Across five albums, their shapeshifting sound has drawn on 80s pop, funk, disco and alt-country, earning stages alongside Twin Peaks, Mdou Moctar and Panda Bear across Europe and Australia. Expect infectious, feel-good indie pop with a sharper edge underneath.
Quality Used Cars
Quality Used Cars is built around the idiosyncratic songwriting and warbling vocals of Francis Tait, backed by a band of familiar faces from Naarm/Melbourne's bubbling underground. Their third album, One Hundred Million, dropped in August 2025 via Spoilsport Records (AU) and Like You Mean It Records (US), and they've supported MJ Lenderman, Grace Cummings and S.G Goodman. Equally at home on garage rock, alt-country and punk bills, expect wry, heartfelt storytelling over sunny Australiana and scrappy garage-pop smarts.
Shio & Mike Gurrieri
Shio and Mike Gurrieri bring together spiritual and Afrocentric jazz with decades of experience across jazz, soul, and electronic music. The pair host PBS FM's Eternal Rhythm and Mystic Brew respectively, and their combined knowledge makes for an eclectic, energetic set.
Sweetie
Spinning mostly disco, soul, salsa, MPB and latin records, Sweetie is a Melbourne based vinyl DJ. Equal parts selector and vibe-curator, she brings joy, colour and playful energy to every set, shaped by her South American x Asian heritage. With almost 20 years in the independent music industry, she’s a regular PBS FM guest announcer who can turn dance floors into vibrant celebrations where joy leads and rhythm follows.
Mz Rizk
MzRizk is a Melbourne/Naarm-based DJ, broadcaster and cultural programmer, known for genre-fluid sets that move between house, disco, hip-hop, jazz, soul and Arabic music. She's shared stages with the likes of Chaka Khan, Nile Rodgers & Chic and Fatboy Slim, and played festivals from Glastonbury to WOMEX. She also hosts PBS 106.7FM's Boogie Beat Suite and founded Habibi Hafla, a leading platform for SWANA music and culture in Australia.
Sista Sara
With two decades behind the decks, Sista Sara brings to the dance floor her love for music from all around the planet. Seamlessly mixing music from Latin America, through to the Caribbean, to the SWANA region, and beyond, she blends these genres into her sets in a way that will make it impossible for you not to move to the beat! Sista Sara plays weekly in Melbourne, regularly guest hosts radio shows on PBS 106.7FM, and has DJ’ed across Australia, Europe and South America.

- Is the event family friendly?
Yes families are welcome and encouraged! We'll have a kids zone in the Beer Hall to keep them busy, and under 12s can enter for free.
- Is the event dog friendly?
Yes! We bloody love 'em. Dogs are welcome on Islington St and in our Beer Hall beer garden. Please keep all pups on a lead and remember that it might be a bit crowded for them in parts of the event.
