Event description
Problems, worry, anxiety, and unhappiness are feelings and do not exist outside the mind. Training in meditation, we learn to stop following thoughts that lead to these unpleasant feelings. Through meditation we discover within our mind an inner peace and contentment that does not depend upon external conditions and that enables us to enjoy every moment of our life.
This half day course with Resident Teacher Kelsang Monlam consists of two sessions of teaching and guided meditation with a 30 minute break between.
