Stop Client Self-Sabotage

Radically improve client outcomes

Join Judith Richards (Creator of TRTP) in this live online workshop and learn the first step of TRTP that can be used with most therapies.

The involuntary/unconscious mind runs the autonomic nervous system AND it keeps our patterns of thought, emotion and behaviour locked in place.

If we want to change these patterns, we must remove any involuntary resistance.

If we're trying to assist a client to wellness and their voluntary mind wants to be well, but their involuntary mind holds the belief, 'It's not safe to be well!' - it's going to be very difficult...

Whenever the voluntary and the involuntary mind are not in agreement there will be unconscious self-sabotage.

What you’ll learn:

In this content-dense, experiential workshop, you will learn about involuntary resistance and where it comes from.

Understand how the unconscious/involuntary mind hijacks the conscious/voluntary mind and how to stop it.

You will engage in experiential learning which will provide you with the capacity and skills to address your clients’ involuntary resistance (Self-Sabotage).

This process is part of the first steps of TRTP. It assists the client to a place of empowerment. It can effectively be used, independent of the TRTP process to assist with improved client outcomes by reducing/removing the involuntary resistance which holds them back.
