In-Person Podcast & Mental Health Conversations: Bringing Wellbeing to Your Community

Stories and Stanza is a podcast where diverse stories meet, where struggles melt and fuse into one great poetry of life. Since launching in January 2024, the show has brought together authentic voices from around the world for meaningful conversations on resilience, identity, mental health and the human experience — charting in the Top 100 Mental Health category across the US, UK and Canada.

Now, for the first time, we're bringing that conversation out of the studio and into the room with you.

Stories and Stanza Live is a new community initiative — a talk show and live podcast event designed to create a space where people can connect, listen and be part of the conversation in real time. We believe that when stories are shared openly, they have the power to break down isolation, build understanding and remind us that we are not alone.

Our first guest is Sarah Rosse — author, speaker, journal coach and founder of the 100 Conversations Initiative. Sarah's memoir, So, Who Are You Anyway?, is a deeply personal exploration of identity, motherhood, caregiving, mental health and the journey of rediscovering yourself when life has reshaped everything you thought you knew. Through her writing and her community work across Gippsland and Victoria, Sarah creates spaces where people feel seen, heard and understood — making her the perfect guest to launch this new chapter of Stories and Stanza.

This isn't a one-way conversation. The audience will have the opportunity to interact with Sarah, ask questions and be part of the discussion. If the conversation moves you, copies of So, Who Are You Anyway? will be available for purchase at the end of the event.

Come for the story. Stay for the conversation.
