Stories from Symbiotic Futures: Tales of the More Than Human World

This is an official side event of the Future Days Festival.

"Stories from Symbiotic Futures: tales of the More than Human World" is a 3-hour speculative fiction writing workshop. Together, we will use futures methods and storytelling techniques to visualize symbiotic futures when humans and more than humans live in harmony and interdependence.

We will create more than human personas living in symbiotic futures and produce speculative fiction stories that depict their daily lives, inspiring moments, and eventual conflicts yet to be resolved. Then, we will generate images with the support of artificial intelligence and create a small online exhibition of our symbiotic futures collective visions and tales told by beings from the more than human world.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to meet new people, reconnect with a sense of hope, learn storytelling techniques, expand your imagination beyond limits, and inspire the world!
