Stories of Strength: One Million Stories, One Shared Table

Help us raise vital funds to support the Afghan Women's Organisation of Victoria's life changing programs including driving lessons, community camps, social connection activities and family support programs that provide safe spaces for learning, growth and leadership.

On the day, you’ll:

- Hear powerful stories from Afghan refugees and newly arrived migrant women - continuing the theme from this year’s Refugee Week “One Million Stories”

- Enjoy a delicious Afghan brunch prepared with generosity and pride

- Connect with community members and the incredible women shaping new futures

- Take part in a community raffle supporting AWOV’s programs.

This is a day to listen, to connect, and to stand alongside Afghan women as they rebuild their lives in Australia with strength and hope.

Tickets: $100 per person - includes a glass of bubbly or mocktail on arrival, Afghan brunch of delicious hot and cold dishes, recipe booklet and lucky door prize

Student discount: $50 per ticket - for current students

If you are unable to attend, donations are most welcome and can be made under an option in the Ticket section.
