    Event description

After two magical events on the Sunshine Coast last year, Stories that Stir™ is back and better than ever!

Join us on 27th March where you'll hear from six courageous people, who will be sharing their 10-minute raw and personal story, linked to the theme AUTHENTICITY, it all its shapes and forms.

It's being brought to you by the Sunshine Coast dream team including, Stephanie Rother, Arnaum Walkley, Renee Paolini, and Nicolette Wijers.

The Stories that Stir™ event series was designed to break down barriers, stir conversation, and inspire positive change.

Audience members rave about how good it feels to spend a lovely evening, listening to other people's funny, moving, and inspiring stories and how connected to humanity the event makes them feel.

THE ONE THING – Steve Plummer

Kicks in the gut, constant mental chaos, kids, career changes, and 35 years of tiring personal development later, a chance encounter showed Steve “The One Thing” he needed to unlock the key to finding his authentic self.

SILENCE TO SONG - Meera Allan

In a world where voices are often stifled, one journey of transformation from silent dreams on a hospital bed to vivid visions of a galactic musical extravaganza with channeled melodies with astronauts came to life through Star Blue. Follow Meera's unusual path from creative suppression to vocal confidence as Meera reclaimed her power, finding strength in every setback and unlocking her voice within to create her dream Star Blue.

    SURVIVOR’S GUILT - Ronnie Maree

Ronnie got hit with a brick. Her life was concussed. When she came to, she had to figure out who she really was. What followed was the most amazing, twisted journey she never could have imagined. At the same time, she had to navigate the fallout at home and in her community, but she’s here to tell her story and thank the people who supported her.

    I’M NOBODY - Gina Balarin

To look at Gina’s bio, you wouldn’t think she's a nobody. But she still feels like one. She struggled through Imposter Syndrome, perfectionism, and most recently, an uncanny suspicion that a bigger problem might be at the route of this. Join Gina through a journey of “Never Good Enough” and discover how, somewhere along the way, she found her tribe on the third continent she has called home.

SPEAK FROM YOUR SOUL - Ali McKelvie

Formerly serving on the front lines as a police officer and federal agent, Ali now leads the charge in the revolution of conscious evolution, breaking down old belief systems and paradigms. Ali has experienced four near-death experiences and has psychic abilities. Ali will select someone to ask her a question based on her background and will channel what comes through.

    DIDGERIDOO MAGIC – Hayden Thomas

Hayden Thomas thought he had done everything he could in life to be fulfilled and happy and yet felt more lost than ever. It wasn’t until everything fell apart around him and he first discovered the mystical sounds of the didgeridoo that his life would change. A sacred instrument that would change the course of his life and the person that he thought he was and who he was meant to be……
