Stormwater SA Breakout Creek Site Tour & AGM

Stormwater SA invite you to attend a site tour of the completed Breakout Creek works.

Breakout Creek along the River Torrens/Karrawirra Pari is being transformed from an artificial channel into a more natural waterway environment which fauna, flora and the community can all enjoy.

The project is a partnership between Green Adelaide, the City of Charles Sturt, the City of West Torrens, the South Australian Attorney-General’s Department through the Planning and Development Fund, the Australian Government (Environment Restoration Fund) and SA Water.

The project is committed to working with the Traditional Owners of the Adelaide plains, the Kaurna people.

Following the site tour, the Annual General Meeting for the Stormwater SA Committee will be held at the Beachside Restaurant (5 West Beach Road, West Beach), with drinks and nibbles provided. The new committee for 2024 will be nominated at the AGM.
