Story Festival 2023: Make your own Injera!

Learn how to make a traditional Ethiopian or Eritrean Injera bread; a soft, bubbly bread which has a slightly sour taste and looks like a big pancake. Traditionally this bread is eaten with variety of stews.

Your injera master, Yodit, is from Ethiopia and is happy to share her traditional culture through sharing recipes and food which she guarantees you will love.

Outside of Story Festival, you can find Yodit's delectable food up for offer at Queen Sheba Injera Catering located at 27 Lefory St, North Hobart.
