Sharing our stories in community is a powerful way for us to feel seen, heard, and valued. Join us for an afternoon of storytelling in a supportive and welcoming space intended to foster belonging. Come share your story, poem, or just listen. Open to everyone. We would like to start promptly so please do your best to arrive at 1:00

This event is part of My Name Story Exhibition. My Name Story is a narrative art exhibition on the stories of Asian Americans (AANHPIs) and their names as a lens to explore themes of race, gender, and belonging. For more info, follow on Instagram @webelongseattle or visit the Name Story website.

Facilitator

Judy Lee of weBelong is a Narrative Artist focused on community-centered projects and creator of My Name Story. She has over 6 years of experience facilitating speaking circles and creating brave spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and belonging.

We are collecting donations to Make Us Visible WA chapter. This nonprofit organization is spearheading a nationwide effort to include AANHPI history in school curriculum. Donations are optional.
