Story Time with Mrs P @ Wilderness Activity Centre
Mums, dads, grandparents, carers and little ones, join us for stories, rhymes and lots of fun. Occasionally there will be a craft activity or a song / dance. In any case you'll have a great time with Mrs P.
If you went to school at St Joseph's Primary School in the 80's / 90's there is a fair chance you or one of your siblings were taught by Mrs P. A passionate infants teacher she has captivated and shaped the minds of a generation of school kids in the region. Upon retiring Mrs P went on to become a ward Nanny at Port Base Hospital where she cared for kids while their parents took a break to grab food or take a shower. She also helped kids to complete schoolwork while in hospital so they didn't fall behind in school.
Mrs P's favourite book is The Rainbow Fish and The Hippopotamus ate... series. Safe to say you'll have a fun
This ReCommunity Program is hosted by the awesome team at the wonderful Wilderness Activity Centre and they are offering optional special $5 ReCommunity ‘Stay and Play’ ticket for participants in this free program who would like to have a play at in Wilderness after their session.
This is a weekly activity, please register weekly or complete sign in sheet on arrival.
