How payment plans work

  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Join author Shel Sweeney for a series of masterclasses where students will learn and experiment with a range of creative writing techniques and genres. Classes are designed to be fun and celebrate the joy of storytelling. This senior masterclass is suitable school years 6-12.

Students gain confidence in writing and work towards an end of year story. The groups' stories will be compiled and published in a printed Anthology. Each student will receive one copy at year-end as part of the program, additional copies are available for purchase. If you would like extra copies for a family member, school library or friend, simply add your order to the cart during registration.  

This is a FREE program of 5 x sessions per term, presented by Byron Writers Festival. Registration essential.

Dates for each term will be updated here and via email prior to commencement. You will receive a weekly reminder via email each week prior to the session.
