Storytelling: A First Nations Framework with Akala Newman

Price FREE Get tickets

Event description

The Hero's Journey has long been a framework for corporate storytelling, particularly around how leaders can illustrate the challenges and triumphs of the corporate world in a way that resonates deeply with teams. In terms of First Nations storytelling frameworks and contemporary team dynamics, the Hero’s Journey can feel outdated and individualistic - Akala Newman takes us through an alternative modality of storytelling that centers the needs of teams in a communal way.
