• When do tickets go on sale?

  You're in the right spot! Tickets will open on Thursday, November 12, at 9:00AM, right here on this page.

• Who needs a ticket?

  A ticket is required for each participating child. Accompanying adults do not need a ticket but are welcome to share in the magic & holiday memories alongside their little ones.

• Is advance registration required?

  Yes. Advance ticket purchase is required for all participating children. Tickets are subject to availability.

• Where will Storytime with Santa take place?

  Storytime with Santa will take place on the second-floor mezzanine of the Capital Hotel.

• How early should we arrive?

  We recommend arriving 10 - 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to get settled with your hot cocoa & cookies, and get cozy before the holiday festivities begin.

• Where should I park?

  At the Capital Hotel, all our guests enjoy the convenience of complimentary valet parking - just drive up to the Front Porch of Little Rock & we'll handle the rest. You focus on making holiday memories with your little ones. We'll focus on the details.

• Where do I check-in?

  A check-in station will be located on the second-floor mezzanine, just off the Capital Hotel’s grand central staircase. Our team will be ready to welcome you and your little ones for a magical evening.

• What should my child wear?

  Pajamas are encouraged! Children are invited to wear their favorite holiday cozy pajamas for a festive evening of interactive holiday fun.

• What can we expect at Storytime with Santa?

  Families can enjoy a magical, interactive evening with Santa & Mrs. Claus featuring holiday stories, festive songs, photo opportunities, & plenty of Christmas cheer.

• Will there be opportunities for photos with Santa?

  Absolutely! The evening concludes with a festive parade down to our lobby, where families can gather in front of the Capital Christmas Tree and capture special photos of their little ones with Santa & Mrs. Claus.

• Will there be food & beverage options available?

  Hot cocoa and cookies will be provided for all participating children to enjoy during the event! For additional dining options, we encourage families to make a reservation at Capital Bar & Grill either before or after the festivities. For the first time ever, Holiday Bar at One Eleven will also be open every evening in December, except Christmas Day, inviting guests to raise a glass to the season with festive cocktails, holiday cheer, and the best view in town.

• Will my child be able to take the branded pillows & robes home?

  The branded pillows and robes are provided for all participating children to enjoy throughout the holiday season. If your little one would love to have their own, both will be available for purchase in our Holiday Gift Shop!

• Is this event only for hotel guests?

  Absolutely not! You don't always need a room key to enjoy the Capital Hotel. Storytime with Santa is a community event open to anyone who purchases a ticket.

  Guests can follow the Capital Hotel's social media channels or visit the hotel's website for announcements regarding programming and additional event details.
