Storytime Yoga Playgroup (Ages 3 - 5)

Come join us for a fun filled morning of yoga stories with your little one.

Family yoga storytime is an interactive session designed to engage the imagination of your child with the active participation and support of a parent or carer. Each week families will be taken on a different adventure, from the jungle to outer space.

Practising yoga, mindfulness and relaxation together will help strengthen bonds between parent/carer and child, and model the importance of health and well-being.

Yoga poses, partner work and breathing exercises will help your child improve their self-confidence, focus, strength and flexibility as well as nurture their mind-body awareness.

Through simple yoga poses, creative movements, engaging songs and storytelling, everyone will be encouraged to express themselves freely with their voice and body.

Bring your friends or make some new ones in a healthy and inclusive environment where all are welcome.

Session is specifically designed for children ages 3 - 5.

No previous yoga experience is required.

About Your Facilitator: Storytime Yoga Playgroup is led by Ting from Under the Sky Kids Yoga - a certified Kids Yoga Teacher and experienced playgroup facilitator. Ting is passionate about helping children build strong and healthy bodies, minds and spirits, whilst strengthening connections with their parent / carer.

Session: 45 min. yoga storytime session followed by 15 min. morning tea

Cost: $216 for the full 9-week term. (If you join after the start of term, pricing is adjusted accordingly pro rata)
