Storyweavers Salon is a space for adults who want to explore the ancient art of storytelling — whether you're an experienced writer, someone who has always wanted to write, or simply someone who loves a good story. This session, held during Mental Health Month, centres on the theme of Grief — the things we carry, the stories we tell to make sense of loss and letting go, and what it looks like to move forward without necessarily 'moving on'.

What to expect:

Readings from Sarah Rosse and Amy Han, each sharing a short piece of writing that explores grief in their own way
A guided creative writing exercise (no experience needed)
Time to share and discuss around the theme
Good conversation with a curious, welcoming community
Light snacks and a hot/cold drink of your choice provided
