What does medium dose mean?
“Medium dose” is not a microdose you barely notice. Our retreat is designed around a noticeable psychedelic experience, with support to help you engage with it.
Experience + therapeutic support + ongoing integration. The retreat is one part of the process.
Our experience has led us to favor a medium-dose retreat that pairs exploration with therapeutic techniques and continued integration. That is the kind of experience we want to offer you.
This is how your retreat day unfolds
Before your retreat → During your six hours → After you leave
Before: Make space for what matters
Your intention-setting appointment gives you space to discuss what’s on your mind and what you want to explore. You don’t need a perfectly worded intention to begin.
During: A supported experience, not a journey alone
Therapists support your medium-dose experience using therapeutic techniques. You’ll experience music and sound healing, with reflective, body-based or creative practices.
Why does therapist-led matter? You have professional support for what arises, and therapeutic ways to explore it. The focus is not only what you experience, but what you can do with it afterward.
After: Bring it into everyday life
With ongoing integration support, you can reflect on what you learned and work on practical changes in your everyday life.
Sound healing is part of your retreat.

Illustrative atmosphere: sound healing is part of the retreat.
What could you take away from it?
You’re not coming just to have an unusual experience. You’re making time to explore something that matters to you.
A different perspective. Notice a familiar thought, feeling or pattern from another angle.
Space to work with emotions. Explore what comes up with therapeutic support, rather than having to navigate it alone.
A change to bring home. Identify something you want to do differently, then work on it through ongoing integration.
Your experience is personal. These are possibilities to explore, not a promise of a particular result.
The retreat ends. Your support doesn’t.
Integration is where you work on bringing what you learned into everyday life. We support you in that process on an ongoing basis.
What that can look like:
You notice a pattern → you choose one practical change → you try it in daily life → you reflect and adjust with support.
The aim is not to hold onto one powerful day. It is to make useful changes beyond it.
