What sustains you? Who makes your life richer? What do you want to appreciate more deeply? Give those questions more than a passing thought. Gratitude is an invitation, not a demand to feel positive. Bring what is real for you.

Before, during and after

Before: Screening and approval, followed by an intention-setting appointment. Consider what gratitude means in your life and what you want to explore.

During: Therapeutic support, music and sound healing, with reflective, body-based or creative practices.

After: Ongoing integration support to reflect on what you noticed and choose practical ways to carry it into everyday life. Ask the team about the format and frequency of support.

Your registration

Registration includes the six-hour retreat, membership and evaluation, intention-setting and ongoing integration support. Medication is not included. Participation requires screening and approval; registration does not replace either.

The free “Reserve my spot. I want to see if my insurance will help cover the cost.” option records your interest in exploring insurance. It does not cover the retreat cost, guarantee insurance coverage or confirm approval.
