    Event description

Update Fri 13 Sept 2024: Thank you for your interest, we have reached participant capacity.

    Strata Management Challenge

ThincLab is supporting an initiative to rethink the way that strata communities are managed in residential developments large and small.

We are looking for creative thinkers that fall into one of the following categories that will have a view about the challenges of strata management - whether it is self-managed or managed by a professional strata management company.

Do you fall (or do you know someone who falls) into one or more of the following stakeholder groups?

    • A tenant living in a strata managed property
    •  An investor/owner of a strata managed property
    • An owner/occupier of a strata managed property
    • Someone managing a strata on behalf other owners in a self-managed strata group
    • A person liaising with a Strata Manager on behalf of the property owners
    • A professional strata manager
    • A maintenance contractor servicing strata managed properties
    • A regulator with an interest in the Strata Management industry

We are running a Design Thinking Workshop to explore ways in which strata management can be improved and we would welcome your input.
