Start 2021 with a workshop designed to help you strategically review your business model and goals for the year ahead with support from Sourdough Mentors.
It will be time to ‘work on’ rather than ‘work in’ your business. We’ll use the Lean Canvas - a one-page tool (developed by Ash Maruya) that helps you critically think about and bring together your business model onto one page.
During the session you’ll have the opportunity to work with other participants and Sourdough Mentors on aspects of your business like:
- What is really aligned with your purpose and strategy, and what’s not;
- What problem you’re solving, and if it’s the right problem;
- Who your target customers are or should be;
- What pricing strategies could help you create greater financial viability; and,
- How your business could be more sustainable in all senses of the word.
Walk away with tangible ideas and next steps to help you set your business up for success and purpose in the year ahead.
