    Event description

Discover the power of Strategic Doing - a globally recognised, evidence-based approach for tackling challenges, unlocking opportunities and moving projects forward.

In today’s world, collaboration is essential to meet the complex challenges we face. The Strategic Doing methodology enables leaders to design and guide collaborative networks that generate innovative solutions and create shared value. It is a strategy discipline that is lean, agile, and fast — just what non-profit organisations, businesses, communities and regions need to survive and thrive.

Which is why ACRE is excited to offer Strategic Doing Two-Day Facilitator Training. Facilitated by international experts at Agile Strategy Lab (University of North Alabama) and hosted by ACRE at Old Beechworth Gaol, Beechworth on Tuesday 19 March and Wednesday 20 March.

Used internationally over the last 20 years, The Strategic Doing methodology is specifically designed for collaborations to advance a strategy into action and results. Strategic Doing is applied in a wide variety of contexts, geographies and cultures across the world: rejuvenating rural communities, revitalising inner-city neighbourhoods, developing new market opportunities and industry clusters, establishing innovation ecosystems to solve an intractable issue, setting a new culture of working in a corporate, government or educational setting, and accelerating technology and market innovations.

    • Day 1 - Tuesday March 19: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
    • Day 2 - Wednesday March 20: 9.00 am - 4.00 pm
