A comprehensive strategic plan should be a vital first step for business owners. Not only does it provide clarity, but it also lays out a roadmap to help steer your business towards success and achieving your goals.

This workshop will provide the knowledge and framework to develop a strategic plan that aligns with your unique business context. You will learn to differentiate between business and strategic planning, master key components of strategic planning, customise your planning process, and ensure implementation through tailored action planning and evaluation strategies.

Please note: Attendees are asked to bring along a current business plan and/or strategic plan if you have one.

• Tailoring the strategic planning process to your business
• How to create an action plan, evaluation and monitoring strategies customised to your business

This workshop is for business owners looking to develop a comprehensive strategic plan to guide their business.
