A clear strategic plan can help your organisation stay focused, make good decisions, and strengthen the impact of your work.

Join us for a workshop to introduce the fundamentals of strategic planning. Designed specifically for community groups and for purpose organisations, this session will cover:

Understand what a strategic plan is and why it matters.
How to identify your purpose, vision, and values
Setting strategic priorities and measurable goals
How to translate those goals into an action plan

You’ll leave with templates, tools, and a clear starting point to help get started on your strategic plan.
