  • They will be emailed to you each Monday morning (for 5 weeks).
  • You will have the entire week to work on your plan so you can choose the day and time that works best for you.
  • Schedule 1 ½ - 2 hours per workshop to listen to the recording and complete that section of the plan.
  • You will receive a video recording explaining how to fill out the Strategic Plan for that section, and why it is important.
  • A blank editable template will be sent to you as both an editable PDF or word document for you to create your own Strategic Plan with your own logo.

Like any good plan, we’re going to start with your why? Getting clear on your why is the driving force behind your marketing and sales. You’ll learn how to get on your why, and discover why its so important.

Next, you’ll learn about the methodology we use to create a strategic plan that is aligned with your buyers and how to implement it into your own business.

Then, you learn how to build the road map. Where do you want to go, and where are you now?

Finally, you’ll wrap up workshop 1 with solid foundations that will help you develop the specifics of your Marketing and Sales Strategic Plan which you will get started on in workshop 2.

Understanding Your Buyers: Workshop 2

The key to marketing success is to publish information your buyers love. No more confusion about what content to publish.

In this workshop you will:
