Jake Chandler representing the Wilkinson family.
(Gemma Wilkinson & parents Bruce & Tracey Wilkinson)
Tumbleton is a multi-generational family farm running sheep, cattle and cropping enterprises.
Their business vision is simple and productive, promoting a relaxed atmosphere with diverse plants, animals and people. They live in a beautiful landscape which is an invigorating and safe place to work. Family comes first in their business, and they are actively connected and involved in the local community.

Fowler family Monteagle.

The Fowler Family has been farming in Monteagle, near Young since the late 1860’s at Rosewood and Coolegong. Its main enterprises being merino wool, fat lambs, angus cattle, and cropping. Brothers Tony and John Fowler have been running the conventional farming family operation since the 1970’s on circa 2800ha during this time. In mid-2019 this partnership was concluded to enable further succession planning to occur. The current and ongoing partnership of Tony and Mary-Louise Fowler, with the assistance of their son Tim Fowler, is now running on circa 1400ha. Our stocking rate varies between 8-10 DSE a hectare on improved and native pastures on remnant Box Gum grassy woodlands. The family completed extensive RCS training in 2021 and are at the beginning stages of moving the farm in a regenerative direction. Our focus is on improving our landscape, soil health and animal performance by using regenerative farming principles and knowledge.

There will be a generous amount of time for questions in an interactive panel session.
