    Event description

Learn how to stay calm, focussed and true to yourself throughout the everyday stresses of life and chaos of world events.

The pressures of modern life, city living and social media can lessen our ability to appreciate who we are, and what we have. But with the right routines and practices, we can cut through the noise to build confidence, resilience and a meaningful, enjoyable life.

    You'll learn:

    • what the 'slow living movement'' is
    • what slow living means from a mindset/psychological perspective
    •  few practical tips/exercises to start to create your own satisfying, enjoyable Slow Life Project.
